Inviting the skeptics (Keith McNamar)

   What if we got a little more comfortable with inviting the skeptics and doubters to be among us?  What if we were adamant about our belief in Jesus while still making room for those who haven’t yet believed to investigate, ask their questions, and even express their doubts and fears about faith in Jesus?  What if instead of telling them they had to believe before they could belong, we made it clear that they were welcome to check it out with us, believing all along that if they sincerely seek, Jesus will present himself to them, calling them in turn to stop doubting and believe just as he did for Thomas?
